It focuses on determining exactly what atmospheric conditions existed at a specific time and location using validated observational data, radar, satellite imagery, and established meteorological methods.

A meteorology expert witness applies this science to reconstruct weather events and explain how atmospheric conditions may have influenced a specific incident or environment.
